Claver House is a volunteer-driven nonprofit dedicated to serving our community with compassion and dignity. We are looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant (19 hours per week) to support our President and play a vital role in advancing our mission.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small, mission-focused team where your work will have a direct impact on our ability to serve others. You’ll gain experience across multiple aspects of nonprofit operations, including project coordination, communications, and volunteer support.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate meetings, events, and projects.

Support volunteers and help them stay engaged.

Assist with scheduling, communication, and file/calendar management.

Maintain supplies and serve as point of contact for facility needs.

Take on special projects and initiatives to strengthen our mission.
